Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Aurora Spins Club (auroraspinsclub.com) is a free-to-play entertainment website operated by Aurora Spins Club Inc.(“we”, “us”). The service offers casino-styled slot games — currently Kraken's Bounty, Marshal's Gold, Mjölnir's Fury — played exclusively with virtual coins. It is not a gambling service: no money or thing of value is staked, and none can be won.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for an adult audience aged 19 or older and is not directed at minors. By using the service you confirm you meet the age threshold that applies where you live.

3. The games and virtual coins

This section matters most, so it is written plainly:

• Coins have no monetary value. They are play tokens inside the service and nothing else.
• Coins cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed or cashed out. There is no store, no checkout and no exchange — on this site or anywhere else.
• Coins exist only inside the service. Your balance is stored in your own browser (under the local-storage key aurora-spins-wallet). Clearing your browser data, switching browsers or switching devices resets it to the starting balance of 10,000 coins.
• Balances may be adjusted or reset. Because the wallet lives in your browser and games may be changed or retired, we cannot guarantee any balance persists, and a reset gives rise to no claim — the coins were free and worthless by design.
• Free coins are a courtesy, not consideration. The starting grant and every refill are given free, and giving them creates no contract of exchange.
• The service is not gambling. No money or thing of value is staked or can be won, so playing here is entertainment, not wagering.

4. Fair play and acceptable use

You agree not to:

• exploit bugs, or manipulate the games or the coin wallet;
• scrape, copy or redistribute the games, art or site content;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the game engines or their math configurations;
• use the service in a way that disrupts it for others.

We may change, suspend or retire any game or feature at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The games, their math and engine code, the artwork, the Aurora Spins Club name and emblem, and all site content are owned by or licensed to Aurora Spins Club Inc.. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play in your browser and nothing more.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, for entertainment only, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost coin balances, interruptions, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a free service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you the current version; material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
